When we arrived at the debtor's residence, he came out on the porch. We took the direct approach and asked for the keys. He gave them over, but the battery was locked out by the alarm system, so we had to tow it anyway. As BR was backing the hook under the car, you'll hear a loud "clunk," which is the hook hitting the edge of concrete slab under the car that we did not notice when we started. After a slight jolt, everything went smoothly and we pulled it out.
