1-25 PART 3 [He said no.] *Kim and Paulina get dressed.* D: Well are we ready? KM: I am. K: So do you need us to drive you anyplace? KM: If you want. K: Okay, we'll drive you there. *After another hour on the bus it stops and they arrive at the arena.* D: So where are you going exactly? N: We have to go to the studio to work on some songs and meet up with a guy from Hollywood Records to show him the songs we've written. D: Oh, sounds fun! N: Yeah. K: Well we're gunna go now. We'll be back later. KM: Stay out of trouble Emily. E: You don't have to worry. KM: Ha, yeah right! *Everyone leaves and gets into the car.* KM: So Kevin I have a question to ask you. K: About what? KM: Well remember when I called you to ask about Emily coming with us. K: Yeah. KM: Remember what you said right before you hung up? K: Um bye? *He laughs.* KM: Well yeah but before that? K: No, I don't. *Kim looks at him and whispers in his ear. Everyone is watching and as she says it his face gets beat red.* J: A little warm Kevin? K: No, no I'm fine. *He looks at Kim.* K: I said that? KM: Yeah. Did you mean it? K: I....I.....can I think about it? KM: You have to think? K: Well, I don't know. KM: How can you not know if you love me or not!? *Everyone looks at her.* K: I just wasn't expecting you to say that. KM: So give me an answer. K: I just think it's a little soon to know if I'm in love with you. KM: Oh, I get it. I'm just another one of those girls you go and make out with and leave in a couple of days. K: No you're not that kind of girl at all! I would never do that to you! Why are you getting upset? KM: I just thought you really meant it. K: I just don't know if I'm in love with you or if it's just a crush. KM: Oh, okay. Well I guess it makes since. K: Please don't think I'm breaking up with you, I just don't know if now is the right time to say I'm in love with you. KM: Yeah, I think you're right. P: Kim, are you okay? KM: Yeah, I'm fine. K: Kim, maybe we should spend more time with each other. KM: Maybe, or maybe it will never change. K: Kim, I like you more than any other girl I've gone out with and I don't want to ruin it. KM: Okay. I'm sorry for yelling at you it's just I was expecting you to say yes. K: I wasn't expecting you to say that either. *Kevin puts his arm around her and gives her a hug.* J: Wow, that was dramatic. *The car pulls over at the Mall entrance.* DRIVER: We're here. N: Okay we'll be done around 3 then we'll come pick you up. D: Okay. *They each give a hug and get out. Nick kisses Danyele's cheek right before she gets out. They wave and the car leaves.* D: Kim are you okay? KM: No. *Kim starts to cry. Danyele grabs her and they give her a hug.* D: Kim I know you were expecting Kevin to say it. KM: Yeah but now that I think about it, it is a little too soon to love him. I just thought it was like you and Nick. D: Kim, I don't even know if it's for real or not. I would like to think it is but you can't be for sure. KM: I know. Maybe it will grow into love. D: Maybe. P: Lets go, everyone is looking at us. KM: Yeah, it's kinda awkward. *The girls go in and they take Danyele to all the stores to find her something to wear. They pick her out a nice shirt from Aeropostale and some other stuff.* D: So what do you think? *She spins around with all the clothes on.* P: I think it's perfect! KM: Yeah, it looks really good! D: You think. Again, I haven't really wore skinny jeans before. You think they look okay? P: Danyele, do you think we would lie to you? D: Yes I do. KM: Then you don't know us that well. D: I was kidding! READ PART 4!!
