A Jobromance Chapter 12

Okay, this is the last chapter before I leave. That means it's the last chapter for a while. I'll be writing in a notebook, so I'll have chapters ready when I can put them up. As I said, I might be able to post at the library but I'm not sure. My AIM is greengurl202 so, IM me. I'll have nothing better to do and none of my friends are ever on (even though I have, like, 25 buddies, no one EVER gets on:] ). TTYL! Love you all! ________________________________________________ Becca: It’s a girl thing. Ali: Yeah, you guys wouldn’t understand. Kevin: Can we please start a movie? Ashley: Yeah, I’ll get Titanic. Kevin: You have it with you? Ashley: Duh! Joe: You three are officially obsessed. *Ashley gets Titanic (AN: I know this is off topic but, Alison is not Alison Stoner, and Becca is not…well, you get my drift) and puts it in. During the previews, everyone starts talking* Joe: Why do we have to watch this?? Becca: You’re just afraid I’ll fall for Leonardo DiCaprio and run away with him, leaving you to die alone. *Everyone starts laughing…even Joe* Joe: That’s so not what I was thinking… Nick: *sarcastically* Right… Becca: You just keep telling yourself that, Joe. *The movie starts and the girls stare intently at the screen. The boys pretend not to be interested but, 10 minutes into it, they start to get into it. About 2 hours into it (AN: Titanic is 4 hours long. It’s, like, the longest movie I’ve ever seen, except for Gone With the Wind, which is also a very good movie. Ugh, I feel so old fashioned, talking about Titanic and Gone With the Wind. I think the blonde guy in Gone With the Wind [you know the one, with the blonde hair] is so hot!), the girls start to whisper and Ali pauses it. Joe: What are you doing? Nick: Why’d you stop it? Kevin: What happened? *Ali, Becca, and Ashley start laughing* Ashley: Well, we figured, since you guys really didn’t want to watch it, we could just watch something else. Kevin: Well, if you really want to watch it- Ashley: No, it’s okay. We understand. Joe: You don’t have to- Becca: We can watch something else. We know you guys don’t like chick-flicks. Nick: You girls should do what you- Ali: We really understand. I’ll go get another movie *starts to walk out* J&K&N: Wait! Ali: *pretending to be confused* Yeah? Nick: You really don’t have to put something else in. Kevin: Yeah, it’s fine. Joe: REALLY, it’s fine. Ali: *Still looking confused* What are you guys trying to say? Joe: Well, I guess we don’t really mind the movie that much… Nick: Yeah, it’s not that bad. Kevin: You can leave it in. Ashley: Are you saying you like it? Becca: Because that’s what it sounds like, isn’t it, Ali? Ali: Yeah, that’s what it sounds like. Joe: Okay! We liked it! Nick: There, we admitted it! Kevin: Are you happy now?? *The girls start laughing* Joe: What? *The girls respond between laughs* Becca: We… Ali: Tricked… Ashley: You… *The boys look at each other and then at the girls before walking up and tickling them.* Ali: *laughing* Nick…that…tickles! Nick: *Still tickling her* Duh! *They finally stop and get up. Nick and Ali lay on the couch, Joe and Becca share the love seat (AN: a love seat is one of those little couches, in case you didn’t know :p), and Kevin and Ashley sit on the floor, up against the couch. They watch the rest of the movie and the girls fall asleep. Nick picks up Ali and carries her to her bed. Joe and Kevin do the same with Becca and Ashley.* Nick: *Kissing Ali’s forehead* Goodnight. Ali: *Slowly opens her eyes and smiles, seeing Nick.* Goodnight. Nick: *leans down and kisses her on the lips* I love you. Ali: *looks at him and smiles* I love you too. *Nick kisses her again, but doesn’t pull away* (AN: I don’t know if I should say ‘With Kevin and Ashley’ because, they’re literally 5 feet away, but I’m going to. BTW, this is going on while Nick and Ali are talking.) (With Kevin and Ashley) *Kevin lays Ashley gently down on the bed* Ashley: *waking up* Goodnight, Kevin. Kevin: Goodnight. I love you. Ashley: I love you too. *Kevin kisses her lightly* (With Joe and Becca) Joe: *looking at Becca, who’s asleep* Goodnight, baby. I love you so much.*He kisses her lightly and starts to walk away. He sees Kevin turning to leave and Nick kissing Ali. Kevin tapped Nick lightly on the shoulder, pulling him into reality. Joe watched as Nick blushed and smiled at Ali before turning to leave.
