www.docubloggers.org Debra and the Pump Project Art Complex are a small group of artists clinging on to one of the things that make Austin unique: its local art. This is a community full of creativity - yet its this very creativity that draws people to Austin and ends up forcing the artists further from the soul of the city. Its a noble fight. A city without art is a cold, unfeeling place. It had to be about 100 degrees inside the place when we shot this.
